With a step resolution of 1: 4800, the PRISMA stepper motor diaphragm dosing pump is optimally suited for high-precision dosing tasks. Thanks to the microprocessor control, the complete lifting and suction cycle can be optimally adjusted to the dosing task. Due to the constant, low-pulsation stroke and an automatically venting dosing head, higher viscous or outgassing media can be dosed without any problems.
SLOW MODE
With the unique SLOW MODE function of PRISMA dosing pumps, the stroke speed during the suction cycle can be reduced to 75%, 50% and even 25%. This function makes it easier to adapt the pump to the dosing medium and increases the reliability of dosing and venting for higher viscosity and outgassing dosing media.
