Alle Standardmodelle sind mit einem Untersetzungsgetriebe mit vertikal montiertem Elektromotor ausgestattet. Das Untersetzungsgetriebe besteht aus einem im Ölbad geschmierten Schneckengetriebe und Kugellagerung. Der Hub kann bei stillstehender oder in Betrieb befindlicher Pumpe manuell oder automatisch über ein 4-20mASignal gesteuerten Elektroantrieb, verschiedene BUS-Signale oder ein pneumatisches Stellglied eingestellt werden. Zusätzlich sind alle Dosierpumpen mit einer Kathodischen Tauchlackierung beschichtet, um die Korrosionsbeständigkeit bei Anwendungen im Offshore Bereich oder bei ausgasenden Dosiermedien zu erhöhen und das Gehäuse gegen Korrosion zu schützen. Dosierpumpen mit mechanischer Membran der Serie FM werden in folgenden Fällen eingesetzt: – Die gepumpte Flüssigkeit enthält geringe Mengen an Feststoffen. – Die gepumpte Flüssigkeit ist giftig. – Das Produkt darf nicht mit der Atmosphäre in Berührung kommen.
