Screw pump for pumping cooling lubricants and cutting oils (water-oil emulsion, at least 3 %) for machine tools. The pump is designed to be mounted on a tank with the pump hydraulics immersed in the pumped medium. The pump is equipped with a three-phase motor with frequency converter and PI controller located in the terminal box. As the motor has integrated overload and overtemperature protection, no additional motor protection is required. An external sensor (e.g. pressure sensor) can be connected to control the pump. On the terminal box of the motor there is a control panel with which the setpoint can be adjusted and the operating modes "MIN", "MAX" and "STOP" can be selected. Communication with the pump is carried out using, among other things, the Grundfos GO remote control, which is available as an accessory. The remote control can be used to make further settings and read out important operating parameters (such as actual value, speed, power consumption and current consumption).
