Air-operated double diaphragm pumps for metering, spraying, transferring and distributing a variety of liquids at low flow rates. The pump's wetted parts are suitable for the most aggressive liquids and for use in corrosive environments. The air motor (pneumatic directional valve and air chamber covers) is made of polypropylene. DF30T are double inlet pumps for mixing liquids of comparable viscosity in a 1:1 ratio. Both the initial liquids and the resulting mixture must be compatible with the pump's wetted materials. For use in potentially explosive atmospheres, fully groundable pumps with ATEX certification are available (Ex II2 GD IIB/IIC 95 ˚C).
Application
ATEX pump. Solvents (most ketones, acetates, aldehydes, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons) and solvent-based paints and varnishes. |
