SMART Digital diaphragm metering pump with stepper motor drive for low-pulsation and continuous metering. Ideal for complex dosing tasks thanks to integrated dosing monitoring and volume flow measurement. The SMART Digital DDA is a compact positive displacement diaphragm metering pump with variable speed drive (ECM motor) and an adjustment range of up to 1:800. The SMART Digital metering pump series always operates with full stroke length to ensure optimum accuracy and optimal filling of the dosing head, even with outgassing media. The duration of each pressure stroke varies according to the set dosing quantity, resulting in low-pulsation and quasi-continuous dosing operation. The click-on mounting plate facilitates installation and service. The operating cube can be conveniently mounted at the front, left or right. The rotary/push wheel and the multicoloured, backlit LCD graphic display with plain text display enable intuitive operation. The operating elements are protected by a transparent cover. The integrated FlowControl function continuously monitors the dosing process and displays typical dosing errors (e.g. air bubbles, cavitation, overpressure,...) in the menu area as a plain text message or passes them on via field bus. The FlowControlManagement function measures the current dosing volume flow with an accuracy of +/-1.5% (during trouble-free operation). The dosing volume flow is displayed or can be forwarded via analogue signal or field bus (option). If deviations from the target metering volume flow occur in the event of metering errors (e.g. fluctuating back pressure, air bubbles,...), the AutoFlowAdapt function compensates for these by adjusting the speed of the motor.
