The SMART Digital DDE is a compact positive displacement diaphragm metering pump with a variable speed drive (ECM motor) and a setting range of up to 1: 800. The SMART Digital dosing pump series always operates at full stroke length to ensure optimum accuracy and optimal filling of the dosing head, even with outgassing liquids. The duration of each pressure stroke varies according to the set dosing quantity, resulting in low-pulsation and quasi-continuous dosing operation. The click-on mounting plate facilitates installation and service. The operating cube can be conveniently mounted at the front, left or right. The manual dosing quantity, dosing quantity per pulse or analogue signal/dosing quantity ratio can be set with an adjustment wheel on a logarithmic scale from 0.1 to 100 %. The operating elements are protected by a transparent cover.
