    The profluid®KSS Checkbox according to TRGS 611    .

    With the profluid checkbox all key points of the KSS care can be monitored without a laboratory. With four different tests and 7 parameters you have your KSS under control. With the KSS management (on USB stick) even SMEs can carry out the documentation required by TRGS611. A very detailed description can be found there e.g. a work flow for machine cleaning, which is successfully used in numerous companies. As a supplement, you will find some templates for operating instructions on the stick. The KSS Check Box is the most important thing for the "ambulant" monitoring of water mixed cooling lubricants in a robust polypropylene box (stackable). A price-performance ratio unique in this combination.

    Regular KSS monitoring according to TRGS 611

    The profluid®KSS combination test measures nitrite content, water hardness and pH value in cooling lubricants with only one test stick. The regular coolant monitoring according to TRGS 611  and a well-founded treatment of the water-mixed cooling lubricants considerably reduces operating costs and helps to prevent occupational diseases.
