Die MD-F Serie kann durch ihre Abstufung leicht ausgelegt werden und eignet sich durch ihre dichtungslose Konstruktion - die eine Kontermination der Umgebung oder Korrosion an der Pumpe verhindert - für eine Vielzahl von Einsatzberreichen. Durch die Pumpenköpfe aus ETFE können agressive Chemikalien unproblematisch und zuverlässig gefördet werden. Die MD-F Serie bietet speziell entwickelte Modelle mit unterschiedlichen Förderleistungen (MD-FX).  Ab Größe MD-15 sind sowohl Schlauch- als auch Gewindeanschlüsse erhältlich. Die Versionen MD-FX und MD-FY sind für niedriges und mittleres spezifisches Gewicht des Mediums mit einem speziellen Laufrad erhältlich. Modelle MD-15F X u. Y , MD-30F X u. Y, MD-55F X u. Y, MD-100F X u. Y.

MD-F Series
The MD-F series naturally offers all the advantages of the MD series. In addition, the components made of ETFE (co-polymer of ethylene and PTFE) and SiC for durable bearings, specially developed for highly corrosive media, ensure the chemical resistance of the series. It is suitable for almost all chemicals, such as concentrated sulphuric acid.

• High corrosion resistance
  The combination of the MD-F series with CFRETFE wet ends and the MD-V series with CFRPVDF wet ends covers most chemicals including strong acids/bases.
  
  

• Viscosity compatibility
  The MD-F series was developed for low viscosity media and strong acids. There are three different impeller types which can be used according to the requirements.
  
  

• Leak free
  Magnetic drive pumps are free from leakage problems and do not require a seal change for the drive shaft. These advantages and the compact design are very advantageous for plant and equipment construction.
  
  

• Easy maintenance
  The pump consists of few components, which facilitates maintenance
